Load Test- Testing the application with the max no of concurrent users as expected by the customer/client
ex.. Take a car as a exmple, requirement is in general car should fit 4 passengers as a max capacity.So testing the car by taking 4 passengers at a time is a kind of load test
Stress Test-Testing the application with concurrent users ie beyound the client expectation
In the above exammple if you test the same car with 6 no of passegers then it is called stress testing</description>
